Go Get It
The woman who stays in an abusive relationship, the worker who hates her job and yet remains with the company for 20 years or the stay at home mom who is afraid to return to work.
Many of us resist change because we don't know what will happen. We will endure a situation because we can predict the outcome; we know what to expect.
When we become uncomfortable tolerating our situation, we begin change. The next step is to release old perceptions that hold us back (I'll never find somebody else to love me, I hate exercise, my life is a struggle). Questioning and releasing limiting beliefs is liberating. When we start allowing ourselves space to create our own opportunities instead of waiting on opportunities or relationships to come to us, we open ourselves up to our own potential and fresh possibilities. Strategize action to follow your awareness.
