I focus on designed, proven strategies and plans to help you live the life you imagine. A component of a balanced approach includes appreciation, gratitude and love.
At this time of year, I reflect that (honest) love:
Is not violent.
Has as many forms as there are people.
Comes and goes.
Breaks hearts.
Changes, teaches and heals.
Is more surprising than static.
Builds unshakeable foundations.
Is deserved by everyone - no exceptions.

Bright Young Things
Yes, ladies it's that fabulous time of year again.
Red carpet or Award season (or whatever the hell you want to call it) is on us like clumpy white deodorant. Open season on snarky comments and off the cuff judgements. From tips and tricks to rules and secrets, can we ever get enough?
Here's a free trial sample of what networks, advertisers, online sites, newspapers, magazines and blogs are flogging again this year:

Here's a free trial sample of what networks, advertisers, online sites, newspapers, magazines and blogs are flogging again this year:
- What the "stars" are doing - from clothes, to partners, to diets, to fitness routines (saucy!)
- Which celeb wears it best, (precision math amps up the herd mentality as we discover 76% of voters polled prefer they way Rihanna looks in this particular designer dress to the 24% of respondents who voted for the style missteps of Kim Kardashian in the exact same dress who made the big mistake of wearing the "wrong" shoes)
- What's just IN and what's hopelessly OUT,
- Must haves purchases,
- How to erase wrinkles,
- What flatters your body type,
- Which celeb "gets it right" (Kate Hudson is making the rounds here; see also -man hopping)
- What the expert opinion is,
- How to look thin,
- Accessories are important game changers,
- How to look like money (I kid you not, I couldn't make this stuff up),
- How to fake coveted haute couture style,
- What needs tossing from your wardrobe,
- How to look like you have lost weight,
- Which brand to buy to whiten your teeth with HD crystals,
- The crimes cited by the Fashion Police, and
- How to look like your fave celeb (never mind you share no similar physical characteristics) by duplicating hair & makeup to purchasing exactly what they wore in a photo!! Yay!)

Clearing the Air
A young girl places a freshly picked dandelion on the new grave of her beloved dog. After turning to blow a kiss into the wind, she trots away and begins to play.
Kids do it all the time and quite well.
Allow themselves to feel and then move on even though they might not be able to understand or fix what has happened in life. They engage in what is happening.
In being.
Obsessing about what did or didn't happen or what will or won't happen is a passive energy experience. It is using energy towards what can't be lived.
Devoting energy to being present and appreciating this moment is a dynamic experience.
Living large, outloud and on purpose.

Is it Time For You?

From going to school, to working for different employers to having personal relationships, many life processes have a beginning, a middle and an end. A natural sucession.
The coaching process also has these 3 important stages:
1. The Beginning - In this stage we develop how we will work together. I offer my experience and training while you bring what you want to get done - your agenda. We will blend these together to come up with personal solutions that work for you.
2. The Middle - We consider and develop new approaches to design what you want in your life. It is all about you as you plan, build and test the changes you want to make.
3. The End - After the learning, development and implementation of your plans, you are on your way. You will no longer need me, although I will always be interested in what's happening with you and available for you.
The length of the coaching relationship varies, but it usually works well anywhere from 6 months to 2 years, depending on the individual. We will meet once a week for 50 minutes by phone. Once the skills and benefits are internalized, the results last.
A coach helps you strategize and achieve the changes you want to make, offering a process that assists you to develop your best life. Is it time for you?
